Ying Scholars Kainath Ahsan and Dana Hogan celebrate with Dr. Ying at the Awards Ceremony
From 2009 through 2019, Dr. Nelson Ying sponsored $500 scholarships for regional senior high Semifinalists advanced from New York State’s ISEF-affiliated regional science fairs to the state’s Ying Scholar Finals. Those Semifinalists in turn competed to become Ying Scholars and receive $2000 scholarships. In addition, the school or sponsoring organization for each project received a $500 award.
Dr. Ying believes you can transform the future IF aware of your own potential. So … he invited distinguished judges to review applications and reports AND provided scholarships to let these young people know his belief in them was real! Please “meet” Dr. Ying in this video!
